Are the crystals and gemstones natural?

Yes. All NORYAVA pieces are made with genuine natural gemstones. Due to the nature of natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are expected — making each piece uniquely yours.

How do I choose the right size?

Each bracelet listing includes a size guide with measurements in both cm and inches. As a general reference: S fits wrists around 15.5cm / 6.1in, M fits 16.5cm / 6.5in, and L fits 17–18cm / 6.7–7.1in.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. Please contact us at support@noryava.com to initiate a return.
